Bibliometrics: Research Impact Reports

About Research Impact Reports

Research Impact Reports are produced by the bibliometrics team to help illustrate the value of an individual researcher's scholarly publishing.  These reports can:

 - help you better understand your publication and citation metrics;

 - showcase the impact and reach of your work for a review;

 - serve as a baseline for monitoring future impact.

To get your own Research Impact Report you need:

  1. to be a NOAA researcher;
  2. to have a registered ORCID and/or claimed ResearcherID with an updated list of your publications;
  3. to have at least enough peer-reviewed articles published that an analysis can be performed. We recommend at least ten articles published at least two years ago in order to have enough citations to provide meaningful results.
