While every project is unique, our team follows a standard process that helps to ensure a successful literature search. This process is broken into four main stages, the Initial Request and Review, the Scoping and Strategy development, the Search and Citation Management, and the Screening. Tasks within each phase require collaboration between the requesting team and the research librarian and many tasks are iterative in nature. Below you will find a visualization of the process and tasks for a generic project. To learn more about each phase of our process, see our pages on each phase of the research process.
